TAB Group begins the new 2026\u20132030 mandate with a new leadership structure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new governance model and a clear division of responsibilities mark the beginning of a new four-year mandate for TAB Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the recent General Meetings, TAB Group has begun a new mandate for the 2026\u20132030<\/strong> period, with a strengthened governance structure designed to support the Group\u2019s development and long-term growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new governance model is based on a one-tier system<\/strong>, with the Board of Directors composed of Sa\u0161<\/strong>o Pa<\/strong>\u010dnik, Marko \u017d<\/strong>nidar<\/strong>\u0161i\u010d and Martin Rebula<\/strong>, together with a fourth member representing the employees, who will be elected by the Workers\u2019 Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the executive level, TAB Group has chosen a strengthened leadership structure, with Martin Rebula appointed CEO and Riccardo Ferrari taking on the role of Co-CEO<\/strong>. Two figures with complementary experience and expertise, who will lead the Group together through its next phase of development and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new structure provides for a clear division of responsibilities between the two executive leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martin Rebula, CEO<\/strong>, will be responsible for the Operations & Technology<\/strong> area, which includes manufacturing operations, engineering and technology, product and process development, quality management and industrial investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Riccardo Ferrari, Co-CEO<\/strong>, will be responsible for the Commercial & Market Development<\/strong> area, which includes commercial and sales strategy, pricing policy, marketing and communication, strategic partnerships, and market investments and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new organizational model is part of a broader strategic direction for TAB Group, aimed at strengthening the Group as a whole, aligning standards, processes and performance across its companies, and supporting sustainable growth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As highlighted in the strategic goals, particular attention will be dedicated to increasing production<\/strong>, developing new markets<\/strong> and, at the same time, strengthening a corporate culture focused on acting as one Group<\/strong>, as a cohesive and highly recognizable organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
