Company TAB commissions the largest Battery Energy Storage System in the Carinthia<\/strong> Region for Neoenergija <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TAB d.d. has successfully installed and commissioned a Battery Energy Storage System with a capacity of 5 MWh and a power output of 2 MW in Dobja vas, Ravne na Koro\u0161kem, for Neoenergija d.o.o. It is the largest system of its kind in the Carinthia Region and one of the first major energy storage projects in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is based on TAB\u2019s advanced containerized ESS technology and represents an important step in the development of advanced energy solutions and the strengthening of power system stability. Battery energy storage systems play a key role in the successful green transition and the effective integration of renewable energy sources, as they enable surplus electricity to be stored during periods of increased production and used during periods of higher consumption. For TAB, the project is another important reference in the field of Battery Energy Storage Systems and confirms the company\u2019s ability to deliver reliable, scalable and technically demanding energy storage solutions. The same technology is also being developed and implemented by TAB in larger energy storage projects, supporting a wide range of commercial, industrial and grid-related applications. Elektro Celje d.d. also played an important role in the successful implementation of the project, contributing to the overall process with expert support and excellent cooperation. Multi-market operation of the energy storage system will be carried out for Neoenergija by Kolektor sETup d.o.o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
