After nearly 20 years of successful collaboration, TAB and Akuval Bat have taken their partnership to the next level. On January 8, 2025, TAB Spain completed the full acquisition of Akuval, leading to the establishment of a new division on the Iberian Peninsula, known as TAB Levante.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bogomir Auprih, President of the board of directors  of TAB Group, stated:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTAB and Akuval have been sucessfully collaborating for nearly two decades. This partnership, founded on trust and shared values, has led to a strategic integration that creates a pathway for mutual growth, development, and expansion of our operations in Spain and beyond.
